★Preface to the Fourth Edition
Diploma pharmacists in India have the responsibility of projecting the image of the profession in the society. The professional performance of such pharmacists depends to a great extent, on their knowledge of pharmaceutical jurisprudence. And in this context, the up-to-date knowledge of the laws governing pharmacy profession is vital.
The First Edition of Pharmaceutical Jurisprudence was published in 1996 followed by the Second Edition in 2003 and the Third Edition in 2011.
